he didnt just died.

he suffered.

he was diagnosed some years ago, in the states and the doctors said that he had a cancer. The bone marrow cancer, particularly. He was on stage four and that he only has 2 years at max to live.

just last weak was his deadline with the boatman.

My schoolmate is a jolly person. That was the only the second time i saw her cry. I really felt her sorrow. I also pity her seven year old little sister. She is so young to have her dad be taken from her.

crap. those memories just haunt me.

I can relate to your friend.
I was only 12 when I lost my dad to cancer.
they gave him 2 yrs , he lasted 6 months
only to have my mother die from same thing
roughly 11 yrs later .. they gave her 6 months
she lasted 2 yrs. it's strange how the disease works

is ok. really.
it took me a long time to be able to talk
about such things , but I'm ok with it.
I look at it as , though I miss them terribly
they were both suffering. and I'm glad that
they're gone so there is no more pain and suffering.

shared my pain and grief with those curious
and eventually , let go ..
it's one thing to love someone .. and good to love them
but , when it comes time and they pass on , one must
then learn to let go of their losses , as it's not healthy
to continue hanging on to what's no longer in the physical.
