I'm looking to get into some DAZ 3D work. Especially doing some nude fantasy / sci-fi women, etc. I am a complete novice with the program and all the tutorials seem to focus on higher level experience. Any idea where I there are some good tutorials with the novice in mind that will help me learn all the basics in DAZ 3D? I appreciate any help you can give me with this! Thanks in advance!

Sorry but i don't really think i can be of much help to you since i use a customized file system . Personally i found the daz tutorials to be very poor there is a lot of useful info right here on DA. *IamUman has a great lighting tutorial here [link] it also explains a lot about different light settings . The Members Tutorials section of #DAZaholics has a lot of useful info [link] . Really the best advice that i can give you is too stick with it it really does get easier after the first few renders . Oh and if your using DAZ4 try switching your workspace to city limits it moves all of the tabs and content , posing surface bars into one window . It makes it mush easier to use imo you can find this option in Window on the top bar
PS: just_last_knight over on sharecg has lot of free preset pose packs sometimes it can be a lot easier to modify a stock pose than to do everything yourself when your just starting out . links to some of his pose sets [link] [link] [link]
