When it comes to expression, this website has been fantastic for me, not only does it offer a huge selection of things to view for inspiration, but you also see a lot of work from people that are at a similar level of skill. Not only will this give you ideas but they will be things you will feel comfortable doing!

I am currently studying at my local community college; I hope to transfer next spring to a university that has a focused ceramics program. Luckily the college I am at has a decent ceramics facilities and courses. We fire Cone 10 Reduction and occasionally do Raku fires when there are enough pieces made for a decent amount to be done.

That's awesome. Good luck! A ceramics degree is hard work, much harder than non-art majors give us credit for, that's for sure. But that's what makes it so satisfying!
