Yah that person never payed me for them so they did not own them. I own them as I had payed for them. They were also not allowed to sell.trade or give the character away as it was to be mine if they ever didnt want to use it.
Not only that but they made you over pay by about $10? as the original character was only $10.
Im sorry to tell you this, and you will need to get a refund from them.
I have been trying to contact them for a while as they tryed to sell this character a while ago but told me they were just curious to see what the offers would be. They had no right to sell it as they didnt fully own the character.

But to be honest, if you saw a character that looked a-lot like yours or someone you knew's character wouldn't you at least ask about it? I think i have the slight right to do that. ok but they have different shades of "pink" and different markings
so i just didn't see the point y'know?? i wouldn't check up on it
over something so common in characters unless the person was
known for copying/stealing designs so i guess i took offence??
