Yeah it is pretty broad. That may change even further soon, as I'll be shifting to more video work, so more screen-shots of my videos may get posted here as deviations as well.

I usually don't pair him with anyone, but I don't mind him paired with "Maria reincarnated as a hegdehog", that tends to happen a lot in fanart. For me Sonic is SEGA's mascot with origin and history in Japan, anything that does not come from there (meaning everything the USA did with him, as well as the characters they've created without Japan's hand) does not matter nor exists to me.
