Did you see Shinji's video tape recording in P3? the one where he is watching a cooking show? Then he pretends to sleep but Koromaru spills the beans to Fuuka and Aigis and Shinji is like "!"

I saw people commenting that Shinji was spotted, and they were saying like, "Shinji what's wrong? Shinji? SHIIIINNNNJIIIII!!!!!!!!"
