i haven't been to slovenia, but i've been to croatia a couple of times (my best friend lives there), and it's great! so warm and nice >>; hehe

yup the water is great there! every year we go on holiday to croatia >U< and on some places the water is so clear OwO!! it's really beautiful
it is pretty up in the mountains >U< i really love walking and hiking, the air is so fresh and the nature is beautiful ;u;!

the ocean isn't nearly as nice over here, almost always too cold to swim in even on the warmest days.

haha yeah i can imagine how cold the water is up there on the north :'D (the rivers in our mountains are also so cold that i can barely keep my legs in them for a few minutes xD)

like, i wouldn't swim in the river here even in summer. but every year in the middle of winter (sometimes it's around -30c in the air) they cut a hole in the ice and hold a swim contest in the river X'D

I'm not such a winter person myself either :'D and i would also rather just hide in my room until spring xD but it's not so cold here (it's never below -10celzia) and we don't even have any snow this year (we had it 2 weeks ago but just for a few days...)

man i wish it was never below -10c here either, or like, never below -5c XD so there can be a some snow, but you don't freeze to death when going outside.

ahuh! i don't think i've ever had a christmas without snow, and i'm so glad for that.

i just accedently took a 3 hour nap on the couch, it's sneaky when it's cold and you just want to curl up under a blanket and all of a sudden you wake up a few hours later >>;
