Don't think it's such a great skill,I'm just doing animation,PNG,screenshots make out. You have much more serious and difficult work. As I understand you do these figurines themselves,it is truly a Herculean task. Gorgeous obtained. And excuse me for my English,I'm not very well own it and can say something wrong

Ow your English is fine, understandable.

-How to join a group: you go to a group's webpage on Deviant Art and somewhere on the page you find "Join our group" It could be on the top or the left side of the page after you find it click on it and a box will open you may say anything in the request box or just click on "submit request" and you will get accepted, the notification will come to your correspondence items inbox that you have got accepted. 

Also, you can add a picture to a group by viewing your upload, go to the right side and you will find "add to a group" click on that and type the group name you want to submit it to, make sure you submit it to the right folder in the drop down box its okay if you submit to the wrong folder, they will reject your art and you could resubmit another time however each group has its own rules you may wanna read before submitting any art for example some groups says no adult contents art should be submitted. 

They may reject your art for other reasons too if they dont like it, but make sure to submit it to the right group to get many views on it c: and its okay if they reject it because i have gotten rejected many times

-Can you put the original size of the animation/gif: This one i have no idea about because im not very familiar with gifs and animations but you could try uploading the original size and if you get errors about the size then most probably you cant, you may ask this question while submitting a request to join a group in the typing box you get after clicking on "join our group" and they will answer you as soon as possible

-How to add a person to read: Do you mean adding someone so you can be updated about their work? If that is so, when you go to their page by clicking on their usernames, you will find on the top "+Watch" click on that and you will get updated with their arts you could also watch groups without joining them!
