Thanks for the wonderful comment on "Cold Sunshine". I can't say I've seen the film the 25th Hour, but I'm really glad you like it, especialy the mood. It was a new kind of experimental piece which I might want to explore some more in the future

Yeah, I'd have to agree with you on the grille. I really like it's shininess and complexity, even if it contrasts. Besides, cutting the lower part off of the shot would've remove those rather interesting looking lights too

Sad to hear you VDay wasn't what it should've been. Mine wasn't all that special either though. I just submitted the shot for VDay as it seemed to fit the pic
You know, the shot was actualy taken at dusk, so I had to retouch it a bit to brighten the colour of the snow a bit while at the same time increasing the contrast with the rose and softening the shadow
