I use CS5, but when I draw comic I used Manga Studio EX4 too.
Manga Studio is very easy for draw comic. I can see at a time several page, when I draw that.
but that's not for enough better quality. MS ex4 is just helped sketch.
so...my work almost used CS5. :D (Big Grin)

add: I didn't draw hand draw. used intuos4.
