Mac designers usually use Sketch because it's not available on Windows.
I'm a Windows designer and rarely do UI work. I mostly do web design and still use PS since XD it's still pretty primitive.
And use Illustrator for logo design.
For my Windows themes I use Affinity Designer since it has a great exporting interface and has a great performance.
