i remember feeling that way a couple years back.. im not sure how old u are but its probably around the time i went into depression bc of my social anxiety and would spend all my time alone
but then i got out of it! now i have a bunch of friends and go out without feeling like i used to
idk i hope that can cheer u up maybe ;;
