Goddamn kid, you are a good writer...really pound the beat stuff in. Make sentences that flow like jazz, though more scripted. You should write a novel in Tennesse. Drink wine and smoke lucky strikes til we bleed, cough, gasp and sigh.
Then we'll take the gun out and play a game of "William Tell" and whoever makes it thru the night finishes the book

oh, and for the sake of humanity, city lights and western lit, keep writing poetry.
