Dagorhir is the only place you can flatter someone by saying you want to fight them.

Disagree... apart from the problem with LARP combat that means it may be fun, but it is utterly unrealistic, there are many places where you flatter people by telling them you want to fight them, online and irl. I've done Western Martial Arts for 25+years, plus SCA, plus eastern martial arts, and I am always flattered when someone wants to sapr, no matter what the format.
