Actually I think you need to prove yourself on account that your images can be found as stock images you can no less save to your computer for screensavers from google and Yahoo making you no more than a literal plagiarizer, not only that you only note the photography lens and backgrounds and type of lighting used on one images making only one yours truly.

Tbh, your 30-40, a generation older than me and yet you still came on to get into petty drama no less, to state you want to get out of it now when you clearly came on to get into it, sounds too much like Emily, who mind you has gone out of her way more than once to make false accounts to defend herself. It is my opinion and others you are a fake accounts the grounds of which being of course that you act nothing of a 30-40 year old, talk nothing like such a woman, nor do you even have original photography on your page all of it is ripped and stolen.

You don't act like your 30-40, you don't answer questions, your defending your daughter on all ends, you act about 19 like your daughter, you rarely come on like many other accounts rather than having a normal time or become a part of the community, nor do you have a typing style all your own in any way or shape unique, you are pretty much in all the ways a fake account that claims to be her mom but are no more unique aside from that, using those images does not help, its like if I did this (Picks up paper scribbles mom in her own handwriting on it and presents it) This will be defending me today, you are free to attack it, but if you do I will go back on my account and defend this piece of paper because this is my mom. Hope you get the analogy. that is pretty much what this account pretty much is.

I do want to thank you that you had said that my images can be found as 'stock images'. I didn't actually find them that impressive as I'm very amateur still in my opinion with photography. But this was indeed a compliment and I do thank you for it.

Well, wow but excuse you. I'm afraid you are a little messed up in your head and need some things to do as you must be bored with your horrible life. The only day off, I MIGHT get is Sunday's. As I homeschool a 5th grader, go to school full time, drive 3 of my kids to class/college 4 days one week and 6 days the next. Drive another person to work 5 days a week. OH and pick them up. On top of that, I somehow manage to work on 3 websites (JCink resources board, snitchseeker and hogwartsonline) AND do homework as well as do photography, graphics, scrapbooking, beading. AND teach classes if my instructors request it, because yes I also teach photoshop and beading. WHICH I teach tomorrow during my class, meaning I have to put together a lesson for them for tomorrow. AND next week I teach a beading class during our last art class.

PHEW That took up 5 minutes of the time I really don't have to give. But thank you so much for your EXTREMELY incredible insight. 

Find yourself something to do that doesn't involve bs that people really don't care about because you have too much time on your hands.

I'm commenting in here, but this person is not all that sweet as they're appearing. The person whom started this all, got mad at me for telling everyone to grow up and move on. The person that I did not threaten but promised to call the cops on, was impersonating my daughter and even plagiarizing her artwork taking it directly from my daughters DA account. 

As soon as it was known I was serious, they immediately took down the artwork and the pictures of her as well. That's all I had requested. No need to get bent out of shape for asking them to respect other people's art and not impersonate someone which is in fact illegal.

It also now appears that someone has now hacked her account, talking about transgenders. She hasn't been on her phone/laptop all afternoon and is now blocked from getting into her account. 

Believe me? We have no problems with a persons status, close friends of mine and hers are transgendered as is my brother.

We're attempting to get back in her account now.

I can understand that, people on the Internet get triggered easily by not respecting 'pronouns' to their gender. But honestly if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen if what my man always tells me. The person who got offended was a teenager, so you can understand as well how'd they'd be so easy to fuel. Hormones everywhere. 

You sure when she logged out the emails weren't switched? Because most hackers tend to switch out emails to manipulate the account to being in their full control. Or use an IP login. It varies.

This morning Emily saw that account and asked immediately who they were and asked why they had taken her artwork and posted pictures of her. I know for a fact it was her artwork because I saw the originals that she drew in her class at the college last week and the week before. And I knew the picture as it was one I took of her. The person stated they were Emily and had descriptions from her own DA account posted in that profile. Immediately people were calling her out and saying HEY you're impersonating Emily, leave her alone and take off her art. She just got aggressive and kept trying to prove she was Emily. All until about 9 hours ago when I stepped in and said either you remove all your plagiarizing and impersonating Emily and take off all those pictures of her art and her self photos.

Almost immediately everything vanished from that profile. Within the last 2-3 hours they managed to get into her account, change the email and all and password and we can't get in at all. We've contacted DA immediately though as they posted her skype and instagram info on a post for all to see.

It's just sad, I don't tend to use pronouns just incase, but even then people get all bent out of shape. A close friend of mine is transgender and hoping to soon have surgery to complete the transformation. He's already had a breast removal now he's waiting for the last bit. There's nothing wrong with a person's gender no matter what it is. But no kidding....teens get so offended so quickly. Not to mention things being taken out of context!

ooc: That's the eerie part about impersonation. They don't realize how much trouble it could get them into, along with the fact that it can downsize a person's reputation. I mean stealing photos of a person in general is worse then stealing art. 

Yeah, some deviantartists always want vengeance. It's a nasty thing about this website. But I usually try to clarify by getting all the puzzle pieces to the story. 

Yeah, because they assume you're going to say 'it' or you're so confused you say 'them'. Honestly a bunch of the people that argue on here will most likely revolve around some website called tumblr. Teens always get offended, then when they grow up they cringe at their younger self. 
As always they listen to what they want to hear. Or not at all. And when they do they oftenly forget. 

I respect those who respect me. But if I get tread on I'll try my best to not do the same unless it really hurt me or was downright cruel.

Neither am I. I just stepped in when someone started impersonating. This bs happens way too much on here, it used to be a site that was wonderful to be on and get to know people and it just really bothers me it's turned into something like this :/ 

If people would stop being so naive and acting childish it wouldn't be such an issue...
