Wars for the Wastelands
Fallout RTS functions similar to Company of Heroes, Dawn of War, and Command and Conquer series in terms of gameplay. It featuring a cover system, base building, resource gathering, and special abilities for the commanders and individual units. Set in the post-apocalyptic ruins of an irradiated dieselpunk/raygun-gothic style America that is the Fallout Universe, players take control of one of seven factions that are vying for control of the shattered continent and seek to rebuild it in their image.

Hey man, I was just wondering if you've ever thought about making your UTC flags into a mod. I think they look awesome and would fit well into a lot of people's games! Despite being a Brotherhood guy myself, I really like the world building you did with the UTC stuff.

I'm using a ton of modsΒ Β ..but I'll try to list the ones I use for the Minutemen.
- ERDL Military Fatigues, and ERDL camo. Adds camo pattern to Gunner armor (I use this, green Combat Armor, and blue berets for my soldiers).
- Minuteman Submariner Uniforms. Really nice uniform I'm using for my army Officers. Also include a black Minutemen beret I use for my Artillery at Fort Independence, and a blue beret I use for soldiers (and my character).
- Minutemen reskin and standalone. Several awesome Minutemen-style armors/uniforms. I use one for my Artillery (se screenshot), and some for my "Civil Militia" as I call them (basically Minutemen soldiers in smaller settlements etc).
- Custom Combat Armor. Allows you to customize combat armor with camo pattern and symbols (add Minutemen symbol on the chest).
- To get some of my own textures in-game (like the UTC flag, and the Fort Independence sign) I simply installed other mods and edited the textures. for example Better Stores.
- Snap'n Build, and Homemaker of course. The two main buildings in the Caste was built with Snap'n Build.
- The Rebuilt series (Kingsport Lighthouse, Croup Manor, etc.). Basically restores several settlement buildings.
- A mod that restores the Castle walls.
- I'm also using Natural Green to make the commonwealth look a bit healthier, as if it has recovered.

How do you create the realistic filters for your flags? I create fictional flags for some fandom-stuff and I'd like to have that filter as well.

I use a high resolution "potato sack"-like texture with transparency, and aΒ grunge texture for the colors.

I saw that too if you didn't authorize it's just disrespectful that he would steal such great art. Also if you are going to do more assassin's creed flags I suggest you do some united kingdom countries (Ireland, Wales, England).Just a suggestion I thought they might be cool.
