just a young artist born in Miami Florida. i am a mega nerd. i love animes, comics, and video games. my knowledge for them is also pretty impressive. for my characters i find inspiration from characters on here or from different locations. usually i listen to music when creating charactersOctavius is currently a active Character on many RPG sites so i am always aware on who uses my character to rp or even use my base to portray the other characters. While im not heartless to say you cannot do this i do find it very insulting when it is done without my permission and that is something very important to me. As respect you should contact me and ask me permission to use anything involving MY character as i would for anyone else. so please be respectful and ask for consent before using my character.
