I know longer know how to accept submissions to the group. I’ve been trying to find where it is in Eclipse, but don’t seem able to do so. Maybe it’s only possible for the Head Curator in Eclipse.

So, unfortunately, your submissions are going to time out.

We’ve been pretty understaffed lately anyway, as it’s only been me looking at the submissions and Freja-Odin checking membership requests.

Our group has currently re opened and has been re arranging folders here and there.

Hell there, we apologize for the time being that all of our moderators are busy with their personal life and so on.
We are still reviving the group and has a lot of artworks being sent to us from people before May 4th as well.
Hopefully you can understand our situation.

If you renounce to belong to the group, feel free to leave as you please.
We will not force you to stay and feel unwanted as an artists as every artists deserve to be accepted.
But due to our lack of hands, we are having a bit of trouble accepting a lot of pending ones.

Thank you a lot for your explanation: I understand now the situation!

I don't want to leave the group. I was happy and proud when my works were accepted.

But I find the word "expired" rather unpleasant ( I'm not anglophon): I feel stupid! At fault!

Why not warm members when the " decision-makers" aren't in a position to accept- or refuse - the works?

I would understand that.

So, I'll continue to submit my paintings, if you will?

We never "warn" members but we made something different. More like a "head's up".
More or less like we made a journal explaining for our group inactivity.
We hope you were one of the members who read about the journal.

We apologize greatly for the group being not active and not so active. We have been busy but were working things out now and we would be very much happy if you can send us again your artworks so that we can accept them one by one (ofc in their respective folder).
