There's some great tutorials over at the 405th forums! I highly suggest going there and doing as much reading as you can before starting.

I don't sell full costume but I will do comissions on props and I sell casts of any props that I have currently molded.

If you're talking about a spartan helmet then no, there's still scaling that has to be done to have it fit correctly and a certain amount of trimming so it can get onto your head. Also i'm not doing any commissions until at least a year or two from now because i'm off to school in october.

i don't personally have a step by step tutorial but there are a few over at the 405th forums. there's tons of info and helpful people over there too so you can find the best technique for your daughter's kit!

varying times. the spartan took three months of working everyday, the mass effect kit took less than a month and the mando is still ongoing but it's basic build took about 2 months.
