I asked around to several people here. The following was the most knowledgeable response. I will copy/paste it.

Foxsaver is a ridiculous website,
basically you can install a plug in with your web browser and every time you see a photo you like, you right click on the photo the url and exif are automatically uploaded and you are required to enter the artists name. These photos are than uploaded, linking back to the orginal onto a new website. The photos you select can affect your popularity on that website and many find it fun to try to pick the photos that will increase there rankings. Its a game for them. The photos that you select will display your name and theorginal link back to your work, so they are not claiming it as there own, although some will save the photos to a flickr account and than uploaded them thus bypassing you altogether.

But the real copyright violation occurs here:

You can than install ANOTHER plug in which turns 'foxsaver' into a screen saver that displays either the photos you selected or..the most popular photos on that website. This is where the copyright violation really occurs foxsaver gets the benefit of increased traffic and makes revenue off of advertising, It is a fairly popular firefox plugin. you get nothing. The website creator claims that he is promoting artists by and that a link to your work is always provided, but the truth is he makes cash off of your images and you do not get a monetary share thus I feel copyright violation.

There is no simple way to get a photo removed but if you go to there blog there is a excerpt on copyright law and what he feels is required in order for a image to be taken down. Further, it is a endless battle. Some artists like Nate Zeman have found there photos on that website within MINUTES of posting here on DA. Ive all but given up on combating what photos of mine are found on that website.

I hate the site it needs to be shut down, if you find anyway to combat it let me know.
