Georgia...I read some of the historical comments and I hope you do some more amazing photographs. Can I ask..they look as if they were made for a film set. Horses kicking up dust, I hope you were safe doing them.

Oh yes I was very safe, sometimes I was shooting from a cliff side, others on top of rocks, if I was on the ground there was a fence you do not see.
Each year in September, the light is just right, and if the wind or rain cooperates, this dust has been called by the wranglers as ash dust.
This fine dust stays in the air allowing the light to capture magical moments. It does not take much for the dust to rise.
Sometimes if the air is really still, it becomes so thick you cannot see, and it takes a while for the dust to settle.
When I shot film, I was lucky to get only a few images without scratches. I went digital for this reason. I no longer needed to change out my film
in those conditions. :) (Smile)

Well thank you, action photography can be hazardous.
I will not photograph unless professional wranglers are involved.
Safety always first, it can be enticing to try and get a photograph
at spare of the moment when exciting opportunities arise.
And we sometimes do not think safety first. I have done this
and thought after wards, what the heck was I thinking!
