That's good question. Hmm. Mingus, Charlie Parker perhaps...generally the horn section. I also love all kinds of big band music. We have some interesting Serbian jazz as well, you might be able to track down guys like Dusko Gojkovic, Jovan Maljkoovic, Bora Rokovic etc on eMule if you're interested. I don't go much for contemporary jazz, most of the time it's just noise.

spiking advice from my brother

"glue(elmers schol glue): works fine water soluble washes out with just water and will hold for a few days

hairspray:holds perfect washes out easy but doesnt last long

beeswax: easy shines and conditions messes up easy but since its doesnt dry it fixes real easy as well

i dont sugest egg whites or jello unless u know what yer doin it wont make your hair fall out but its not good unless well you know what your doin

wood glue also works well i would stick to hairspray though its easy and just looks better doesnt lastmore than an evening but if your just doin it for kicks for a few nights a week your good and dont use adhesive spray or spraypaint unlesss you want to cut your then unmanagable hair off"
