# About me
David Mosher is a freelance Special Make-up Effects Artist & Sculptor Living in Southern California since 1988.He started out as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator in Northern California, but ever since Star Wars was released to Theaters he was fascinated by Creatures, Robots & Spaceships.
It wasn't until he noticed the works of Rick Baker in "An American Werewolf in London", "Harry & the Henderson's", and finally "The Making of Michael Jackson's Thriller", that he was inspired to get into Special Make-up Effects...
He started teaching himself Sculpting, Moldmaking, Casting. He also began Dick Smith's Course. After improving his skills he eventually met Robert Short and started working for him on the Film "Little Monsters", that job let to work with other Studios and FX Shops, "Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight", "Starship Troopers", "Deep Rising", and a number of the "Star Trek" Movies and TV Series.
