I've read a biology book and having chromosomes other than just XY or XX is a product of a chromosome mutation (read moar here: biology.about.com/od/genetics/… )

(notice how the author of this article refers to people with chromosome disorders either as "he" or a "she" guess why?

also all your sources sent are chromosomal information that one would learn in ninth grade biology class. nonbinary genders have nothing to do with anything genetic, theyre identity based. gender is a made up social construct and very modern. gender and sex are not the same thing.

I personally don't trust wikipedia, since anyone can edit a wikipedia article, I prefer looking at trusted articles written by people that know what are they doing.

Yeah, links to some wiki, forums and a blog. I've chosen to read the wiki page and, it's basically coming out, recognition in media, legal shit etc.
This whole 'nonbinary gender' thing doesn't make sense to me, as I said before (or more like referenced the dictionary definitions of it) gender is basically the differences between two sexes, I'm going to use the "agender" girl as an example:

Ok, she's obvously a girl, let's start with that. She has make up on her face, her voice is really feminine, no visible adam's apple, etc. (that's what makes her different from a male)
Just because she's flat and has short hair doesn't make her agender or some shit, I (and probably most of other people) would describe her as a tomboy or a lesbian.

This person is not a girl. This person is agender, one with no gender at all. Your definition of gender that you earlier referenced quite literally stated "typically used with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones." Biological, or sex, which references the anatomy and genitalia one has. Gender and sex are not the same thing, as gender is an identity that is not at all linked to ones body. 
And they are not a lesbian at all, even. They are a bisexual person. One who dresses as what you stereotype to be 'butch' isn't automatically a lesbian and your implication that they are is homophobic.

What's homophobic about calling them a lesbian is you're labelling them as such based upon their gender presentation and stereotypes about how they dress, rather than their actually sexuality. A lesbian, obviously, is a woman who exclusively loves other women. The person in the video you linked is neither a woman themself, or a lover of only women, considering they've been married to a man for five years.
I'll stop defending it when you give me sources other than high school textbook articles about chromosomes.
