Like some organic modeling, characters. Maybe some more modern vehicles/environments or maybe medieval stuff.
You are really good, but there are so many that do sci-fi and mechs, so if you would like apply for a 3d artist job or something similar, they probably would like to see more variety . And since you have such amazing 3d-skills it wouldn't be to hard to create something different
