So it would be roughly $30 for an inking. Is that like a digital one or a physical version, like Photoshop or drawing?

It's all digital. I don't draw on paper anymore. The images I provide are large enough, and at higher than needed DPI to print, so physical copies are easily made by the client.
And $30 is the base price for an inked drawing, with no background. Price could go up depending on whether or not the character is complicated. Like wings and such.

How much roughly would you say it goes up if you're drawing, for example an anthro werewolf and a human girl?
