Hi, I'm RavenI love drawing and writing most of all, but anything creative interests me, music, sculpting, ballet, languages and more that I can't think of right now.
I enjoy horse riding, reading manga and watching anime, and love anything fantasy and supernatural.
My art is mainly slash and my two fave OTPs are, Charles/Erik from X-Men and Remus/Sirius from Harry Potter!

Hey hey! I'm doing well. I've been given an unconditional offer to university, and I'm just waiting to find out if I can get funding. All exciting stuff! Other than that I've been enjoying to sunny weather (applying factor 50!) and practicing my ballet.

Ah yes, lots of sun cream needed! I'm SO pale it's unbelievable xD I got burned back in May when it was really hot, went lobster red, and then straight back to uber!pale xD
I'm doing well thanks! Just graduated, and looking for work (not so fun!) Also just started driving lessons, had 3 so far! Doing alright, but don't really like other traffic! XD Oh, and went to see the Olympic men's team archery yesterday (including medal ceremony) which was fun! And going to the fencing on Thursday!

That's pretty much what happens to me, lol. I like being pale, which some people don't understand, but I like it, plus sunbathing only dries your skin out and will age you so much more in the long run.
Congratulations on graduating, that's brilliant! And yes, looking for work is not fun, I've had that pleasure for much too long. Driving lessons is exciting too, I hope to be able to afford it while studying. So basically, you need to be the only one driving... isn't there an island somewhere where everyone gets about via bicycle? Perfect place to drive xD
I watched the opening ceremony on TV, was pretty amazing. Yay for fencing! That would be really cool to try.

It sort of varies. They used to make comedy songs and they sometimes still do, but their songs have gotten much more serious lately. Actually, they're coming out with their first album and all the original songs they're writing are going towards it, so they've been covering other songs recently.
But to be honest, it's really the band members that are so addictive. They have a YouTube series called YFMTS (Your Favorite Martian The Series), and it's so fun to watch them interact with each other. There's a lot of YFM slash fans, who particularly love to ship Benatar (the guitarist) and Axel (the drummer and my personal favorite), and I know how much you love slash, so I just thought I'd drop by and suggest you check them out.
Oh and there's something I haven't mentioned yet...they're sort of a cartoon band. The members don't really exist. :/ (Well I believe they do, but that's a different story.) There's two guys who do the voices in the music videos, and another two guys who do the other two members' voices in the series. (There's actually three guys doing the four members' voices in the series. One guy voices two people.)
I really love talking about them, as you can tell from my giant reply.

I think it would be so cool if you got into them too, because then we could talk about stuff like our favorite slash pairings (since you're pretty much the only person who I can talk to about YFM slash; I'm afraid of telling anyone else for fear of being judged) and our favorite characters and stuff like that!

There must be dA groups for YFM and then probably slash groups too, I'm sure there will be people around here that slash them too that you can discuss it with. In fact, I did a search and these two; [link] [link] both have folders for pairings, one specifically says 'slash'.
