Redheadedbishies is the first fan group that is dedicated to all the different Bishounen "Men" out there in anime, manga, etc, who have that sexi red hair that FanGirls & FanBoys can join.The Bishes in the Group's name means it's for both genders but we don't do both genders, just men!?

Is Lion-o from 2011-version of Thundercats considered a Bishi? He is pretty hot and has a great, loveable personality, and that version is Japanese anime. Or is the bishi reserved for human or human-looking characters only?

I think we're pretty open as long as he looks like a bishounen. However, regardless of my personal opinion, I'm sure some people would object to the anthro (sadly). I personally really love Thundercats and would welcome any form of red headed bishounen artwork. If you've drawn some of Lion-o, feel free to submit it. If there is a crazy backlash of angry people then we will revise the rules a little or address the issues at a later date. I'm welcoming it for now since I'm open minded.

Once you're in be sure to submit to the folder your artwork belongs to. We've made several categories to appease just about everyone.

As for the 5 piece requirement. You did not submit them to the join folder as I have gone through that folder countless times to add people who have reached the 5 piece requirement. Also, the 5 piece requirement has to be your own work. Not the works of others. We want to insure that our members are active ones and 5 pieces (of your own work) insures that our members will try to get to that limit at least.
If you have submitted to the join folder and I have missed it, please point me to your artwork or written work with your character and I'll send you the invite as a member. Thank you.

As when I try, it says I'm trying to join as an admin. There is no drop box.

To join as a member you need to have 5 pictures of red headed men in your gallery. If you don't want to share artwork then watching the club is considered a member too.
