Oh okay I thought you were saying I was lying. It's all true, I did research.

I think every website can decide what it's allowed or not on their platform. If YouTube doesn't like fetishes, fine. Their platform, their rules.

If I don't like people talking about strawberries, I have all the rights to delete content related to strawberries on my own website.

There's a thing we can do, though, that is, stop using YouTube.

YouTube not only censors fetish stuff, but political stuff they don't agree with.

I'm gradually stopping using YouTube, now I almost don't use it anymore. For the music, I use Soundcloud. For the videos... it really depends what you're into, but there are alternatives, definitely.

I stopped using Google's search engine a while ago (I use DuckDuckGo).

I still use DeviantArt because it doesn't censor stuff (except in a few cases), but I tend not to use websites that censor things. I don't use Facebook or Twitter, for example.

Ultimately, it's our choice. If people want to support websites that censor stuff, they can use them, no problem. If people want things to change, they can use the alternatives. Many people switched to the alternatives by now.

Yes, YouTube wasn't supposed to be kid friendly, but now they changed their mind apparently. Have you seen YouTube Kids ads? It is very clear which direction they are taking.

I don't want to watch videos on YouTube anymore honestly.

I can give you some alternatives, just tell me what you're into and I'll try to give you good sites that allow freedom of speech, I know a lot of those sites (:
