Depend on how far back you're asking XD 
My first drawings were pencil and paper. Then I used a rinky dink mobile painting app. After that I had finally got a laptop to use paint tool sai. Finally, I eventually got a wacom tablet with the app Clip Studio Paint, which I now use.

The cuphead pic? It was a bit difficult drawing the bosses. However, I've been toying with the classic cartoon style for quite some time now, so it wasn't too taxing.

I haven't touched my fanfic account in a while. I think I should revisit a few of those and rewrite some that might not hold up still. 

My pic of Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar is definitely my favorite.
