for the id one, when you submit a picture (with the ordinary submission form) when you choose a category, you have the put it in the -deviantART related-> deviantID category is called, not into selfportraits, or other.
and for the webcam you simply add and link (URL) of a picture you want, I'm not sure where is the button, cause it changed since I last put it, but now on my profile it shows a a button that says "edit" where
I can add the URL, and since I dont't have a subscription it has to be the same on yours too.
