Do you make all your drawings with tablet? Have you ever tried to do digital art with mouse?

Before I got a tablet, what I did was scan all my pictures and then use Photoshop to color and edit. I tried to use tools that wouldn't need the mouse much because I was horrible with the mouse. So in order to color very well, I had to zoom in.
The tablet made things easier, but, even now it is still difficult for me to create smooth and thin lines. I still need lot's of practice!
