Would you mind exporting your filters and either sending them to me in a Private Note or posting them on PasteBin?

I have not released any updates since version 5.0 was released (on May 13), and it doesn't appear that there have been any updates to the DeviantArt website itself in that time either.

You may also want to enable the Placeholders setting (if it isn't already). With that setting enabled, you will see the reason a deviation was filtered (either the user's name, or the tag, or the category).

Finally, do you have any other DeviantArt related extensions/add-ons/scripts enabled? Even custom rules in an AdBlocker could be causing the problem you are seeing.

Thanks for the note. Just last night (June 13th) I released version 5.0.1 which should fix this issue. You will have to remove that "www" user, but after you do that it should work properly.

Note that tag and category filters still don't work; those are going to require some more work on my part.

But it still does not work: clicking on the cross at the top left of the images does nothing.

I took one more stab at fixing this just now. Version 5.0.2 has just been uploaded; it may take a bit longer to appear, but it should be available soon.

Unfortunately, if this still doesn't fix it, I will have to wait until the DeviantArt changes that you are currently Beta Testing are available to the public. It's not really feasible for me to develop and test code changes for features that I do not have access to.

Alternatively, you could try opting out of the Beta Testing program; that should fix the issues you are seeing with DeviantArt Filter.

Congratulations, your new version is working again, and it's really nice to be able to remove the deviations that are not interesting.
A single difference: in the previous version, I remember that it was possible to make and reappear hidden images by clicking again on the crisscross at the top left. Now, this cross does no longer appear on the masked deviations.

Lately I have been thinking about trying my hand at Steam skinning again, but I never seem to have much time for side projects. That said, however, I think I'd try something new (at least initially) to learn the new system, so I'm not sure when (or even if) I would update my older skins.

I am still actively watching people here, but I have not had time for freelance work of any kind, so unfortunately I have nothing new to add to my gallery. I hope to have free time for side projects again at some point in my future, but I have no idea if/when that will happen.

I have no plans of porting it to Windows 7, unfortunately. I don't really have time to learn how to port XP logon screens to Windows 7, nor the desire to do so.
