I find your scenes absolutely stunning but I have a question if you don't mind me asking.

How do you have the patience to draw such beautiful and extremely detailed scenes? I've been struggling to get motivation to draw even the most simple backgrounds for my art very recently.

Your motivation it is your result. You don't need to draw all at once. In first you draw all scene, composition for example, looking a colors and mood. After that, maybe next day or next free time you detailed it and step for step you will get final image. But don't make big breaks between sets - is not good, and can make you dissapoint, because you will have new ideas that don't correspond to the first look.

After all your speed in painting will give you opportunity to draw in short time, and your patience will not have time to dry out. But before it you need the patience, so, good luck!)
