Ok, does anyone know how to set it so the 'Proposed Favourite in Featured' thing needs 2 votes instead of 3? I don't even know if we still have a third admin

Yes. Go to the Admin area. then to Manage Members> Co-Founders
See the the big list on the far right scroll down until you see
On Gallery, Co-Founders:
a little bit down from there make sure
Co-Founders Can Vote box is Ticked
Underneath that there should be something that says
"Show All Folders" click that
you might need to scrool to the top to find
Submissions To "Featured" Click on the drop downbox
Select "Subject To Vote"
There will be two drop down boxes "Votes Needed" and "Expires:"
Select 2 for "Votes Needed" and After 1 Month for "Expires:" (1 month gives maximum time for the other admin to vote)
