Um theres a mistake that many people make... in the normal MMD program you cant really um... put effects so thats why MME (MikuMikuEffect) has been created~~ just download that MME rar file i think it is and just select everything from the MME folder and drag it to the normal MMD rar file.
Right now if you did it corectly there should appear something at the top right corner~
Just download some effects and im sure ull figure out how to work with it~~
