I have worked with shonemitsu , he understands concepts well, he pretty quickly finished things up took a week to finish a comic book page sketch and another week to finish after confirmation. I did have finished concept characters and other scenes, which does factor in but he was quick and communicative.

Well, I've opened a dispute on paypal since the 6 months mark is getting close. Maybe that'll finally get his attention.
