it was my second day and my trainer told me i did excellent even though i fell behind at the end.

well tbh, thats expected if it was only your 2nd day, you cant expect to start at something new and already be as good as everyone else whose been doing it for a quite a while or so, just give it time and im sure soon youll be outpacing all of them
