I can suggest watching gymnastics or something like that, so you know how the body works and where it has its limits (or simply just stock images or so)

Ah, stock photos help a lot, but wow I've never heard anyone suggest to watch gymnastics to improve. That sounds really great and fun *o* I really need to try that sometime. o 3o <333
