Umm... My fingers and pliers? ; I'd demonstrate for you but I think you're kind of far XD;

There are tutorials that teach different ways of holding a stone in in wrapping I could PM you some links in Aywas if you want but there are no tutorials for how I do it exactly because I improvised parts of it and make stuff up. lol~
