Thanks for stopping by my Deviant art page. Here you'll find a mix of various projects iv'e worked on, as well as some personal projects.

I'm a fantasy/Sci-Fi artist that works in games and previously in cartoons. I work out of Laguna Beach, CA. Although I primarily work digitally, I was classicaly trained in sculpting and oil painting.

Hey Stone been a really long time how are you doing?
I got Adobe Photoshop 8 the newest one.
But my question is i know theres a program that you use a special pen that you can use on the computer and draw on the computer screen what is something like that called?

Hi there. What you need is called a Wacom Tablet. Go to www.Wacom.com and take a peak at all the options. A good one runs you about 200 to 350 cash. You can buy them at the apple store or at Fry's Electronics. I use an 8x6 for my stuff, but there is no right size, just personal preference. Talk soon-Stone :) (Smile)

hey i got my very first laptop that im going to use for college. What is the best photoshop programs to use for me to use my work on? i heard theres alot of different tipes of Photoshop with different prices. Just looking for the best.

Sorry for the delay, I have not been as active as I would have liked here on Deviant in the past month. As far as Photoshop, the version that you can get is the best one to go with LOL! I say that because it is an expensive program.
I have been using the full version of Photoshop CS2, and have painted all of my recent pics with it. There are newer versions now, so I would say full version of "CS2" or greater would be best, but anyversion that you can get your hands on is good. Also, make sure to get a Wacom Tablet. I use an intuos 2 6x8, which is a really old one, but it works fine for me. I am due for an upgrade and would reccomend just getting one of the new ones.

thanks for the tip on what to get for photoshop. How expensive is the program? And is using a bamboo tablet just the same as your Wacom?
