omg well,,
i guess all i have to say would be do your best to keep everyone's interests! not only do they have to be active, but you too. work on the group whenever you can by creating events, contests, etc. for your members to participate in. make sure you provide help and thorough information when member's need it and such. idk that's basically it??? Β or so how i run my group,,, Β uwu since kkt is a group w/ no plot, it's basically all go w/ the flow and do w/e. but if you plan on making a group that has some sort of plot, make sure that whatever event youre making is significant to the group's plot and that it's enough to grasp your members' attention!
it's very easy when the group is smaller, but as it get's bigger, of course, it get's more difficult and hard. it's always good to have someone helping you out when it comes to that! running a group alone, especially when it has grown quite popular, is a hand full.
last but not least, try to have fun w/ your group and the members too!
