On your profile, there should be a lil' arrow that when you click it reveals a drop down menu. In the upper right corner, there should be an edit button. In THAT menu after you click the button, there should be a Change My Icon button.
Icons are 50 by 50 pixels and the process is pretty much teh same as uploading.
