I don't know, for example, how do you get sharp details? How do you add white details (as the spiderweb)? and lastly, Which type of paper do you use?

White is done with masking fluid; there are other ways, but that is usually what I use. Before painting, you paint it out on the paper and let it dry; once you are done with everything else, you scrub it off and that area remains untouched. I personally like applying it with a Ruling Pen and I like the Pebeo Drawing Gum with the pen - it's the best flowing one I've tried. You can also use undiluted white gouache, or a white gel pen such as Sakura gelly roll. But all of these other methods tend to not be quite as opaque as using masking fluid
Sharp details are achieved painting on dry paper with a damp brush instead of a soaking wet one, and more pigment. There are script liners you can use, riggers, and dagger brushes. There is a brush on amazon called Kuretake Zig Cartoonist Kolinsky Hair Menso Brush Extra Fine that I use for most things like this, it holds a really nice point and IMO is easier to control then a rigger.
My favorite paper at the moment is Canson Heritage 140# cold press but I also enjoy Fabraino 140# cold press. Many people love Arches, but I find it cockles a ton on me and dries very wrinkled which I don't like. Out of those, Hertiage almost dries completely flat with no assistance (like ironing).
