Ok so when Pete "dies" (first off is he actually dead?) she is female? What are her sizes? Breast butt etc 
Also is she still with MJ? Or did they separate?

No comment. Yes. Read the first Spider-Man chapter (you might be able to get a good idea of her appearance). They split up mutually but became roommates. (Due to the serum Pete no longer is attracted to men or female) .
