I haven't been doing much recently tbh. Work. + chores + working on a book + girlfriend = no art.

i doodel.. mainly on my desk... (which aint good) and lots of little bit in my note book. But as long as i'm being creative i dont care what i'm doing... remember, as pretentious as it sounds.. writing is just painting with words... hahaha. the book is based on the Deep City artwork, i'm loving wrriting it so far.. so should be good

it doesnt sound pretentious i actually agree, dont think that i was implying that writing is inferior to art because that is so far from what i meant, to me it is of the same make

how long is it the novel going to be, or is that undecided at the present time?

It'll be three books. aiming for around 200 - 300 for the first one, getting more as it goes on. fully illustrated i'm thinking as well, and i'll whack some sketched up at the weekend, there is some stuff i havent put up yet, and i think a photo of my poor desk might be needed...

that seem to be the only thing that sells these days if there are multiple numbers, they always need to be expanded
