You have a very nice style. Plus your use of markers makes me want to get some good ones and try them out.
Note: having everything in your featured folder is a sign of disorganization/laziness. Plus it makes it inconvenient for anyone that wants to look for something you posted a long time ago. Given you have over three hundred it would take a while to sort. But once you do I swear it will be a lot more attractive and people will appreciate it.
