Hahah, we'll just end up going back and forth forever with thank you's!   I was wondering if you have any pointers you'd be willing to share, in regards to writing. I mean, often times I end up writing poetry in vicious spurts of emotion, or inspiration. I am not really sure how you go about your creativity process, and how you use so many lovely words, to bring the whole concept together, and convey the emotions and expressions clearly enough for readers to grasp. Ahaha, I also don't frequently post my literature on here, and the only stuff I have posted was written almost 2 years ago(i mostly submit drawn things, and then have a mass collection of fav's of others art). So, perhaps if you find the time for it, I'd really appreciate it(or if you're busy thats okay, too)! Thanks!

Hmm.. creativity process huh?

I usually write when something happens before my eyes, for example when I'm travelling, mostly when I'm enjoying myself in a park or in a coffee shop.  Or when something triggers me, a photograph maybe, or an action, or maybe a past memory. That's mainly how I start.   

Then I just enjoy myself in seas of words. I relate my poems to nature or something soft, because I try to make my poems gentler to read. I also try to use the five senses to write, although I'm so so weak at it, haha. I guess I write to let the future me know exactly what am I feeling now, that's kind of childish but I really want to look back and know exactly what happened in the past. 

Erm, then I repair my poems with past critiques from others, I'm weakest at technique, so my main focus is that. Something like that? (I'm not good at this, sorry!)   

I think writing is something to have fun with, and sometimes I write really terrible stuff and lovely people here will encourage me and give me some tips to improve, and I grow from that. I guess if you like to write, you should! Write and post, and if you want to improve, request critiques from groups, poem-a-day has a really lovely critique system. Or if you just want to write for keep sake, then do it, I think you'll do a very very amazing job at it.

ahh, sorry for taking so long to reply.

thank you very much for this advice, and sharing your creative process. xD i think you should be a little more confident about your writing, and your motivation for poetry. i share that reason for wanting to write poetry, wanting to let my self in the future know what i feel now, and its a good way of venting, i feel.

i will keep all your lovely advice in mind!
