um i was wondering if you knew where i cud go to color some of my pictures in?

Um, not sure to be honest. I've never been good with colouring. In the past I've used GIMP though. It's free and has quite a few features, but can be sort of weird to get used to since it's disjointed and has multiple windows.
I could be wrong, but I think some people use programs that come with the tablets they're using to draw on in the first place. But try GIMP, maybe? [link]
Unless someone who visits this page has something better to suggest?
