Listen, I don't know if this question is gonna be a bother or anything.
But do you have any tips on how to do UV/Glow in the dark skin~?
You see I have a character that is aquatic like yours, and when I saw her glow in the dark I was like
OHH MY GOD SHE'S SO BEAUTIFUL
And before that I always wanted to do this UV ocean like vibe.
Only problem is, nobody I know has every done it expect you. For the past week I've been studying and trying to create this UV look for my character but it never comes out the way I wanted it to be.
I've tried many times but it's always the same result.
